Principles
How we think about building anything.
Start with the problem.
Before frameworks, before features, we work to understand what an organization is actually trying to do and where it breaks.
Engineer deeply.
We care about architecture, data models and the unglamorous parts of a system, because that is where it either holds or fails.
Design for people.
Software is used by teachers, administrators, operators and teams. It should feel obvious to them, not just to us.
Customize when it matters.
Platforms scale. Custom deployments respect how an organization already works. We know when to choose which.
Think beyond delivery.
Handover is not the end. Systems keep living, so we build things that can be operated, extended and rethought.
Where we are
We're early. That's not a limitation. It's an advantage.
We are still a startup. We are learning, experimenting and building, and we are small enough to rethink assumptions and work from first principles.
India is changing, and its technology should change with it. Our larger ambition is to help change the technology landscape of India. We have not done that yet. We are building toward it, and we would rather say so plainly.
